SuccessHawk was created out of necessity when the founder, a father with four children, was laid off and needed to find a replacement job fast. After developing and using his job search networking system successfully, he shared it with friends, one of whom suggested that they build a business around the process. An early investor, who has been both an employer and career advisor, immediately saw the potential for a systematic approach to the job search process. He shares the founders' zeal for helping people get good jobs and rewarding careers and helped launch the business.

Established in 2009, Career Management LLC has its corporate offices in Columbia, MD. The company provides online services for individuals seeking employment, assistance in managing their careers and help to organize post-retirement career changes.
