Billing and Refunds
Trial Period
SuccessHawk offers all customers a 7-day free trial to the SuccessHawk service. Any customer who is not satisfied with the service for any reason may cancel the service before expiration of the trial period and incur no charge or further obligation.
Returns and Refunds
SuccessHawk offers intangible electronic services and thus no returns are possible. Refunds will not be processed after completion of the trial period.
Service Cancellations
Customers may cancel service at any time through the user control panel. Cancellations made during the trial period will result in immediate termination of access to the service and no charge to the user. Cancellations made during a subscription period will result in termination of access upon expiration of the current subscription. No refunds will be issued for unused time. A canceled subscription will not be renewed unless reactivated by the user before expiration of the current subscription.
Site Access and Usability
All SuccessHawk services are delivered electronically to the customer via the Internet. SuccessHawk makes no guarantee regarding access to or usability of the site or service. It is the responsibility of the customer to evaluate the service during the trial period. All renewals after the trial period will be deemed by SuccessHawk to indicate customer’s satisfaction with the service. Service Outage
No refunds will be issued for a service outage. In the event of a service outage lasting longer than 24 hours and determined by SuccessHawk to be the result of a problem at SuccessHawk, customers will be compensated for the outage with a complimentary subscription extension equal to at least the length of the service outage.
